Terms And Conditions
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfill your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at info@organicevolution.co.nz quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
SALE
Items on sale exclude items already on special, pranic healing and magazines.
DELIVERY
Organic Evolution will not be liable for the failure of deliveries when delay or error has been due to causes beyond our control. We will however endeavour to advise you if we know of any problems that might occur or that have occured.
Please indicate any delivery instructions when placing an order. If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address as per the delivery instructions or where deemed acceptable by the courier company.
Free delivery will apply after sale percentage ammounts have been deducted from purchase totals and not prior.
INSPECTION
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel in accordance and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, or Direct bank deposit. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholders address must match the information held by the issuing authority. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Organic Evolution, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.
All credit card payments are encrypted and secure, this is guaranteed by Secure Hosting.
LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.
RETURNS
The returns policy is for goods purchased on the website, by mail, over the telephone or by fax or post. Organic Evolution hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 24 hours of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
Should you wish to cancel your order and return any goods, please notify us within a period of 24 hours, by emailing us at info@organicevolution.co.nz or by calling us on the following number (open 8.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Sunday) (09) 442 5007. Please provide full details of the customer order number and the goods which are being returned.
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender. Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed unless Organic Evolution was deemed liable or at fault.
To improve our service please let us know the reason for returning any goods.

ORGANIC EVOLUTION LOYALTY CARD
The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme is a loyalty reward programme owned and operated by Organic Evolution or its nominees, licensees or appointees.
The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme entitles members to earn a 5% discount on purchases made at Organic Evolution and any other participating business in New Zealand in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Reward Points have no cash or monetary value and are non-transferable and non-assignable.
Notification of additions or deletions to the list of participating Venues will be made by Organic Evolution to all registered members of The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme.
Membership Activation & Registration
Membership to The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme is free and is only available to patrons of Organic Evolution.
By registering with The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme or by utilizing The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card, you agree to the Terms which may be altered from time to time with or without specific notification to members.
The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card can be obtained at Organic Evolution or any other participating venue and can be used for a 5% discount immediately. Redemption can only take place following registration of the card at Organic Evolution or a participating venue.
Registration can take place online by following the easy steps outlined at http://organicevolution.co.nz/contact.php and filling in a new customer form or by completing and submitting The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card application at any participating Venue.
It is the responsibility of every member to ensure that their profile and personal details as contained on The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card Membership Register are complete, accurate, not misleading and up-to-date at all times.
Membership may be terminated by The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card without notice at anytime and without reason. In particular membership will be terminated if the member fails to comply with the Terms or, in the sole opinion of Organic Evolution, abuses the privileges afforded by The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme.
Cards
Each member will be issued with a membership card called The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card.
Each Card issued will at all times remain the property of Organic Evolution, are non-transferable and must not be copied or reproduced in any way and on the termination of membership must be returned to Organic Evolution if requested.
Each Card will bear the Organic Evolution name and logo and in all cases the Member number.
The Manager must be notified immediately in writing by members of any lost or stolen Cards by completing The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card Replacement Card Form. Provided the lost or stolen Card was registered, Organic Evolution will suspend that Card, issue a replacement Card to the member, transfer the information (as at the date the notification is actioned) to that new Card and delete the lost or stolen Card from the system.
Loyalty Discount & Competition Reward Points
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points may be earned every time a member makes a purchase at Organic Evolution by presenting their Card before making payment for the goods purchased.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points may be earned as soon as the member has possession of their Card but can only be redeemed following registration with The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme (see Registration above).
A record of all Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points earned will be kept in the member's account maintained on The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card System.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points can not be earned on purchases paid for by the redemption of existing Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points.
No Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points can be earned on an \"EFTPOS cash-out\" transaction. If The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card holder wishes to make a purchase and get cash-out a point may be redeemed as one transaction.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points and 5 % discounts may not be earned in conjunction with other promotions or discounts taking place at Organic Evolution.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points must be recorded at the time of the purchase and can not be credited to a members account in arrears or at any time following the purchase.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points can not be earned at Organic Evolution after they have ceased to participate in The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme for whatever reason.
Members can report any alleged discrepancies in their account to Organic Evolution who will investigate the position. However in the case of any dispute Organic Evolution’s decision is final and binding.
Points Expiry & Deductions
The Manager may deduct Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points where:
1. The Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points are credited to a member's account in error or fraudulently
2. The Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points were earned in respect of a transaction which was later voided, cancelled or refunded.
Loyalty Discount (5%) & Competition Reward Points which remain unused 6 months after they have been earned will automatically expire and will be deducted from the members account balance.
Privacy Policy & Use of information
The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme is designed to respect members' privacy and has policies in place with respect to using data collected from members.
On registration each member agrees that the information they have provided can be used for the delivery and improvement of the services relating to The Organic Evolution Loyalty Card programme and may be shared with Organic Evolution and any other venue who chooses to join the loyalty and promotional programme.
With regard to email communication Organic Evolution will offer easy opt-out options as stated in the Direct Marketing Code of Practice and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Members are entitled to request (in writing) any personal details held on file in accordance with the Privacy Act (1993).
Organic Evolution will never sell or pass on a member's information to any other company, business or other organization (unless required to by law).
The system may also collect non-personalised information on any website visits. This information includes internet service provider, the time and length of visits, the pages looked at on the websites, and the method by which the site is visited. This information is used only to measure site activity, market research and to develop ideas for improving the websites and loyalty programmes in question.
